Sad to hear the news that Anna Wing, probably best known for playing the role of Lou Beale in Eastenders has passed away at the age of 98,
She always came over as such a lovely lady when interviewed.

I just read about this online and saw your post.

I have never heard of her as I don't watch soaps but what a remarkable age to reach.

It doesn't seem that long that she was still in Eastenders, she must have been quite an age then.

Anna left Eastenders after three years in 1988 ..............RIP :(

She was great in Eastenders, she popped up in many things over the years, and what a magnificent age.
