Hehehe....

My reply to Marty was the answer, not the next challenge

I haven't got a new challenge for y'all at the moment, and we are packing for hols this afternoon, so will be away from the forum for a while. In fact, since we are booked to fly to the USA tomorrow morning, the whole thing is a bit of a challenge for the family right now!

Hi Marian, Robert Terra and all,
The song was "The Happening" that Terra guessed but we admit we had to think hard on the line of this song,
Anyway apart from the slight confusion heres a line from a great number.
And For All The Times We Cried
I Always Felt The Odds Were On Our Side.

Have a great holiday Terra, and hope not too much delay at the airport.

Hi---I understand it all now!!

Lena and Harry--I know that I know this one really well, but at the moment it is eluding me.

I will be back later this on.

Terra hope you have a good trip to USA--I think that things are calming down to a certain extent, but still a few problems---but under the circumstances I guess there is no alternative.

I think everyone must be hugely relieved that there was nothing devastating happened.

Hi Lena and Harry--I know it--I knew it would come to me as soon as I pressed submit--it is the wonderful "You and Me against the world" composed by the brilliant Paul Williams.

Here is my nw line---a fairly easy one--

"I remember the time I knew what happiness was"

Yes Marty, it was "Memory". Your one is ringing a little bell in my head, but I am going to have to think about it.

Marty's lyric is from "If She Should Come To You" from the excellent The Late Late Show album.

Here's my lyric. I know it's easy, but I recently listened to the song, and accidentally serenaded a few fellow cruise passengers because it's just so beautiful; I couldn't help not singing along.

"It was music made of laughter"
