When the four part series currently on BBC RADIO 2--TONY BENNETT AT 80 ends,it is due to be followed by a tribute to dick Haymes. To coincide with a new biography on DH and the CD release:-
THE COMPLETE CAPITOL RECORDINGS-containig all the Capitol sides many never released plus studio chatter.

Hello Mark and everyone. I love dick Haymes in the 1945 musical "State Fair" with the very attractive Jeanne Craine, songs for the film written by Rogers and Hammerstein :D :D

Radio 2 have just completed their 4 part series on both dick Haymes and Anthony Newley, both series were really very enjoyable to listen to. Anyone else listen to them??
