March birthdays

Seeing that we are such a close knit family, I thought it would be nice if you let us know the dates in the year that are special to you.

John thanks you for your Birthday wishes to him and although yesterday was a usual busy day it will probably be a Chinese takeaway this weekend. :)

We'll be thinking of you tomorrow Freda, on what should have been Len's Birthday. Hope the day isn't too difficult for you.
Marian.

Freda -- Thanks for the birthday wishes. I am thinking of you today.

Thanks everyone as well for the birthday greetings. I made some headway in my taxes, but my dining room table is still covered with receipts and forms! Perhaps I'll finish next weekend. I was going to cook a rock cornish game hen tonight, but couldn't find them at the grocery store. So I plan to switch to veal parmesan and do fun tasks like laundry and ironing. I am listening to all my favourite UK songs and artists -- Matt Monro, Gabrielle, Lisa Stansfield, Imagination, Robbie Williams, Keane, and Dusty Springfield.

I am guessing that a "rock cornish game hen" is some kind of chicken !!

It looks like a small chicken, but doesn't taste like it. They must have originally come from Cornwall.

Thanks. Right now Jo Whiley is playing The Last Shadow Puppets and Elbow, which are nice surprises as I didn't bring their music with me today. Of course, the last song will be This Is All I Ask by the marvelous Matt Monro.
