Both answers to my 2 questions were wrong.....Here are some hints....

Q-1. The city is a 5-letter word starting with "Y"

Q-2. The squid has 4X more arms than tentacles (total of 10)

Is the other answer Yalta or Yelta ??

I believe you're right with YALTA Marian. There were 3 conferences altogether, one was in Potsdam so I was nearly right.
