Radio one was very prevalent for the likes of us as MTV and all thee rest of it was not around of course...and the arguments with my dear Dad because we wanted to watch Top Of The Pops and he wanted to watch Six Million Dollar Man (quite rightly so ...he payed the licence fee) .....no videos etc in those days

Just heard Matt on Steve Wright's oldies half hour 3 to3.3o with Walk Away and Steve saying what a great singer Matt was, also he was on last Tuesday the same half hour with Gonna Change The World FABULOUS.

Did any one hear the guy on Ken Bruces 'pop quiz' doing the '3 in ten' this morning?He was asked to name three singles by Matt Monro- he couldn't name any!

We heard it Sandra we were in the car on our way to the cinema and Ken was just starting to say name 3 in 10 of and Graham said having a bit of fun Matt Monro and then Ken said the name we never exspected that to happen.
