Thanks john :) and thanks for letting me know L&H about FL on Dewi's show..................I thought he would be playing a Frances song this week or next week to coincide with what would have been her 96th birthday (April 4th). I always listen to String of Pearls on listen again.................can you guess why ?? :wink: :lol:

It's really good to be back on the forum :) Michele and I have signed the "peace treaty" :) :D

Talking about birthday's..........it was on the news at teatime that Henry Allingham is celebrating his 112th birthday 8) to put it into perspective, Henry was nearly 50 years old when World War Two ended.

Actually, Henry Allingham is nearing his 113th birthday, I think he is 112 and 296 days old, making him Britain's oldest ever man, which was why he was in the news today. :D

Listening to the Matt 2on1 CD These Years/The Late Late Show tonight :) the latter album is a big favourite, with all those wonderful ballads :D

Unwrapped a new Frances Langford CD tonight (released in 1993) - Someone to Watch Over Me :) I bought it from Amazon over a year ago :wink:
