I really hate when they do that or talk most of the way through the record. Not a Chris Evans anyway he's too manic for my tastes.

Gray, you too? Dad plays his copy every year along with The Lettermen, Anne Murray, Kenny Rogers, Kenny and Dolly Parton. My Christmas records are The Partridge Family (what Christmas for us the grew up in the 70's without the Partridges), Jackson 5, Carpenters, and some of the newer stuff. I do still have my 45 of Wizzard's I Wish It Would Be Christmas Everyday. :-)

Maxine that's why I can't listen to him at that time - or any time for that matter. Terry Wogan used to make me laugh and anyone who can make me laugh at 7.30 in the morning is ok with me. Terry was so laid back and Chris is the opposite, and his false laugh - eek!!!!!!

Maxine, when I was 10 I had the Barry Blue album (still do) and when I played it at a school party nobody knew who he was here in the US. LOL Tell your husband Morrisey just released his autobiography. That's already as a must have on my Christmas lists. I wonder how many copies I'll get of it though ha ha..

I am trying to listen [and learn], some Christmas Carol's, ready for my Thursday's "Hobbies" group--the last one before Christmas--I do know them, but sometimes, I am stuck for a line---I may have to resort to printing out some song sheets.!!

Only for everyone else, obviously !!
