Richard Marx is an American singer/songwriter Maxine, one of the few modern day singers I listen to. He has written a lot of songs, probably his most famous was "Right Here Waiting" from the late 80's, early 90's. Another was "Now and Forever". He has made several albums over the years, I like all of them and his Christmas one is lovely.

Andy Williams Merry Christmas album, I still think he takes a bit of beating on his Christmas albums, just wonderful.

I know what you mean John, some singers - even one's we like leave you cold with their Christmas albums.

I have all Neil Diamond's albums but his Xmas albums left me cold, I felt his voice just was not suited to that kind of music. I feel the same way with Rod Stewart's American songbooks.
