I have bitten my tongue a few times regarding our Scottish member, but he cannot get away with being so sarcastic against me and others..........he was being sarcastic with his rolling eye and exclamation marks and suggesting I was a drinker ............so I have nothing to apologise for

Ah! Finally the truth will out.
The Scots member is exactly that.
In recent days I had the misfortune to read an unseemly,not to
say rather ghoulish display of self-referencing in the midst of a tribute thread
to a sadly departed forum friend.
Robert, I would have appreciated your pov when the admin admonished
me for highlighting said members blatant insult to a Washington contributor.
Too often I read vitriolic bile in the guise of 'comment' by high-horse almighty
and the joke has worn thinner than his "I was there.." reply to every mention of
venues/locations/concert attendances.

For God Sake Robert, I was only having a bit of fun with you and in no way suggested you were a drinker but you have to admit your post was funny? As for sarcasm your memory is short.

And Don your good nature does not last long. I would appeciate it very much if you just keep your double edged remarks to yourself. Thank you! But as both of you seem to lack humour I will just ignore any gaffs you make in the future.

Don what planet are you from? There was no ghoulish or self referencing in the middle of a tribute thread.

Also, you should -re-read your above statement. It says a lot about you, with every post you make you always have a sting in the tail. If I say "I Was There" to a particular concert etc then I was - do you have a problem with that? And as for vitriolic bile?
