This one is interesting--I have done some research, so hope that I have all my facts right. It is all about Eurovsion.

In 1974 GIGLIOLA CINQUETTI came 2nd to Abba with Waterloo, losing by 6 Points, with a song called "Si", which was translated in English to

"GO"

In 1988, Scott Fitzgerald came 2nd to Celine Dion, losing by just one point [the third place was 42 points behind]

Scott sang a song written by Julie Forsyth [daughter of Bruce], and this song was called "GO"

At the time, I thought it was a better song, and I bought the single-which I have to this day.

So--2 Eurovision songs--both came 2nd to really strong contenders-Abba & Celine Dion---both with the same title -- "GO"
