We watched the HARRY BROWN film Sunday night with Michael Caine, as a vigilante on a rough housing estate, out to catch the killer of his best mate.
Some violence and swearing. Good movie though. :)

We were supposed to go to our 'senior screen' today to watch the Paul Potts film ONE CHANCE but had to cancel-has anyone seen it?

This afternoon I Watched The War Horse as I am going to see the stage show next week and it's now totally sold out, glad I booked early.

I felt it took awhile to get going but it was good but not as good as I thought it would be.

Man From UNCLE was on in the 60s I believe, and was certainly repeated in the 80s

Well Maxine I watchedl those shows in the 60's and I don't feel old - get over it girl!!!!! :)

Robert Vaughan is currently starring alongside Martin Shaw in London in Twelve Angry Men. I want to see it when I'm there but may have to take a bank loan for a ticket!!!

How can Londoners afford theatre at these prices? Then they moan when shows close!

I booked two shows in Edinburgh last week and they had concesssions for us people of a certain age, I booked for Top Hat and Brassed Off which is starring John McArdle two tickets cost £23 one show is in the Stalls and the other Upper Circle
