Happy 90th Birthday Doris Day
Wishing Doris Day a very Happy 90th birthday today.

Re: Happy 90th Birthday Doris Day
Happy birthday to a living legend, Radio Times has it wrong as they are stating for Friday's tribute it's the eve of her 90th. A little checking on her bio would have rectified that!

It was worth watching again though

Marian(a) we were playing Doris Day in the car today I read on one of the sleeve notes a Johnny Mathis quote'I always try to include songs by my favourite singers in my concerts. As Doris Day has always been one of my favourites,I sing 'Secret Love' in every show I do.Doris Day was also one of the first celebrities to attend my night club performances when I first started out.She was always very kind to me.A wonderful human being'.
The CD Her Life In Music is 10 years old so I wondered if he would be singing said song when you go and see him this week?

Re: Happy 90th Birthday Doris Day
There is a 90th Birthday Party photo on facebook. Doris looks wonderful!

Re: Happy 90th Birthday Doris Day
Marian if you type in her name on your browser information on her birthday comes up and you see fans on the lawn singing Happy Birthday to her and Doris is on a balcony waving and blowing kisses to them. There are also still pictures of her going to her birthday bash.
Re: Happy 90th Birthday Doris Day
I just did a check on Doris Day and she's 92, according to Wilkipedia she was born in 1922!!!
Re: Happy 90th Birthday Doris Day
I think Wikipedia has got it wrong Karl, don't forget is put together by anyone's contributions, and it is often wrong.
There are many other contributions on her 90th birthday celebrations and photographs, and her true Date of Birth is 3 April 1924 , Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.

Yes I noticed 1924 on other sites Marian. I wonder if Wilkiepdia will change it now that the mediai has advertised Doris' 90th?
