Hi Robert, I haven't actually checked, but on a quiz programme the other day the answer was given as 'flowers'. Funnily the competitor also gave his answer as sceptre, so all round I think you've got it right.
Having turned out several drawers, I've found a new pack of cards and all the Queens are all holding 'flowers,' so the quiz was correct.
