What Movies Have Been Playing On Your DVD/Video Lately?
Hi Sandra, the original film, with Glynis Johns, was made in the late 1950's, and issuded in USa under the title of "All mine to give", which is on sale in Amazon as a region 1 dvd.
"Who will love my children " is a remake and starred Ann Margret, in the part that Glynis Johns played. I have not seen this version, but if I had a choice I would personally go for the original version.
This is also avalable as video in Amazon--here is a link, which will tell you the brief storyline.

Hi again Sandra-this is such a coincidence--I just went downstairs to have a cup of coffee, and watch 5 minutes TV--looking through my tv Magazine-
What do I find--just about to start--"Who will love my children?"--I could hardly believe my eyes! I set it to copy on my Sky plus, it is also on tomorrow at 9.00 [morning]--on Sky 321.
If you do not have satellite, I can do a dvd copy for you from my sky+ box--just let me know.
I also had a quick look through for the original one, but could not see it, but I will look out for it--especially as I know now, that it could be under another title.

Hi, Harry here, in reply to your topic about Horror films. In about 1947/8 i played the wag from school and went to the pictures, it was during the winter and it got dark around 4pm. The film i saw was "The mummys curse" how i got in i can't remember as it was "H" certificate (Horror) when i came out of the cinema to go home there was a London fog coming down, and after the vision of the mummy swathed in bandages coming towards his victim with his right arm extended and dragging his left leg behind him i was terrified. I lived about a mile from the cinema, and i am sure i broke the 4 minute barrier then. Also i did not need my regular dose of syrup of figs that night.
