Yeah shocking Marian the judge went to town on him verbally....he will only serve 3 years.....this is why he got away with it ...because people trusted him ....he showed no remorse ...if he had broken down crying about something ....anything ....that might have shown a heart or a human .....

Good for the judge going to town on him but even more shame on Rolf for showing no remorse - that says it all!.

Out in three years? They should deport him back to Australia but they probably won't want him either.

My sister told me she saw Vince on the tv and he was so upset he could hardly speak.

You never know what some people are doing behind closed doors even friends and I speak from experience.

This incident happened when my mum was still alive and she was so upset she was in tears.

In the interview Vince said “I’m just hoping he’ll get a suspended sentence or something like that" ...............but that is getting away with it

Yeah she said he just carried on normally afterwards....not a blink not a worried look even though wife sitting in full and said she even thought she was imagining it or something totally shocking and surreal .....she was teary but said ...it's the children that have been affected that worries me ...I'm a woman .....not too traumatised ...( she didn't realise she wasn't only one ...didn't occur at all to her ...otherwise she would have spoken up ...) ..and Linda was fifteen ...vanessa and her have said they want it to be a positive that they have spoken out .....and vanessa is upset about the response she has received ....harassment .....threats etc....what is wrong with people ....?...sick .....

iI saw Vanessa talking about this on tv-and yes she looked upset--some of the things said about her were really rudse and unneccasary---she has done nothing wrong, she is not on trial. She is not my mpst favourite person, but she does not deserve all this hatred.

i agree about peoples mentality Maxine. I worked in a jobcentre for 34 years and after 9/11 I had this extremely obnoxious man who to be honest I wanted to knock into next week. For the first and last time in my life I could not deal with his situation and had to ask a colleague to take over, I think I almost had fire shooting out of my eyes!
