Wow Marian you're even worse than I am with Dusty at buying the same LP if the sleeve was different.

Johnny just finished singing My Romance as I looked out the cd this morning.

Don played the "Marvellous Matt Monro" singing the lovely Hello Young Lovers from the King and I tonight :D
"My Tears Will Fall Now That You're Gone,
I Can't Help But Cry, But I Must Go On" :(

Oh---why did i miss that---another one of my favourites. Although I had been feeling really unwell all day, with a cough and sore throat---and the night before, I did not sleep a wink !!!!!!

I knew it too-but in my defence, this time I really was not well.

Do you know, I have been awake everynight this week cough, cough cough---but guess what happened last night---dropped off before Don even started--although I was awake again at 2----but at least I had 3 unbroken hours sleep--really needed that.

I do not think you would have got good odds on me staying awake Karl. !!

Ah but I would have bet that you feel asleep Marian.

Do you think it could be the dulcet tones of Don's voice or is he just boring LOL?

I've been sleeping really well this week with the fan on to cool me down.

I find that certain foods keep me awake ...( got my nutrition hat on :D ) ....caffeine ...sugary foods .....but bananas ...cereal ..( no sugary such as porridge oats) ...can release a chemical that triggers a happy relaxed chemical and and can possibly send you off ...even lettuce soup believe it or not ....warm milk is a well known one if you can tolerate lactose of course and a warm bath to soak ...not drink  ....and I often find audio books can help ...if its a boring book but just the lull of the readers voice can send me off 8)
