'Operation Santa Claus' Live in Hong Kong 1962

Post by Rmoore » Sun Jan 25, 2015 11:50 pm

This album is now available from pre-order exclusively via the Mint Audio records website. All details are listed there. It will be available from Amazon but only after release.

As a special offer to all you guys here should you pre-order the disc via the Mint Audio site it will dispatched as soon as stock arrives from manufacturer and before it is even listed on Amazon.

A bonus for the first 500 discs will come with a CD sized 4 page booklet celebrating all the releases since Matt's passing as suggested by Harry & Maureen back in February last year when we asked for your ideas.

You can pre-order from here - http://www.mint-audio.co.uk

All the best

Richard

Richard you can often use a credit card on Paypal so can we do that for your products?

I always thought you had to have money in a paypal account to pay for things. I do but not enough for the cd.

There have been a few teething problems but it's all back to normal now and the site is working properly. Don't know why it stopped working - even paypal couldn't tell. I've had to do some surgery on the site but now everything is fine.

Yes Karl you can pay by Credit or debit card, you don't need a paypal account, they just process the payment for me.

Click on the Add to Cart button on either the front page or the details page and a new window will open showing your basket. You can checkout using card or pay using a paypal account if you have one.

Any problems just shout!

Richard

Thanks Karl.

Fingers crossed this one does well - it's the most high profile (and expensive due to the numbers being manufactured) that i've done so far and having a 12 page booklet pumps up the production costs considerably too.

If it sells there will be more to come!

All the best for lots of sales Richard. I've shared it on facebook and have had several 'likes' so hoping it will turn into sales as well.

Slow but steady Robert. But it's just down to this site, facebook and a couple of other message boards so it's not advertised widely yet.

Feel free to spread the word everyone!

I guess a lot of sales might come from it being available on Amazon. Have you thought about listing it on ebay?

Don't know about e-bay we'll see how things go - but I'm not ruling anything out.

Purchasing through my site means I'm able to keep more of the purchase price to put towards future projects - Amazon's fees are a lot more and ludicrous when it comes to postage. For instance if someone from Europe buys from me it will cost me £3.70 to post it (let alone the packaging costs) however Amazon insists that I only charge £1.85! Mad.

All profits (if there are any as it is not exactly cheap to put this out) go straight towards saving for making other projects - it will be a while before I can actually make any money out of this out of this myself - so the more support I get through my own site the better - Hence the pre-orders on my site only. It will only go live on Amazon on 9th Feb (the official release date).

Things should pick up a bit once I can get some review copies out there too. We'll see what happens when the updates go up on the main site too on Feb 1st

I have been promised that the LATEST I will get my stock is Feb 6th, but hopefully it will be earlier!

If you know anyone at all who is a Matt Fan please spread the word!
