At The Cinema lately: RICKI AND THE FLASH- Meryl Streep .SPECTRE- latest Bond and THE LADY IN THE VAN Dame Maggie Smith

all really great films in different ways. Anyone seen them as well?

The Lady In The Van looks really good Sandra, Maggie Smith is brilliant in everything she does. I shall wait until it comes out on dvd, it must be getting on for 10 years since I went to the cinema.

I like the cinema John with the surround-sound but lately there hasn't been anything I particularly want to see.

DADS ARMY this week. The cast couldn't have been chosen any better.The scenery was beautiful.Quite a few laugh out moments.An o.k. storyline
well worth a visit.Their were 5 of us and we all LOVED IT.

Didn't like Rikki and The Flash, however it was good to see Rick Springfield. Spectre was pretty good. I saw it at the theatre and just bought it yesterday on Blu-ray. I was revisiting Grease last night though.

Been revisiting the Series 1 & 2 of Grange Hill and remember wishing that I had a really cool teacher like Tony "Old Mitch" Mitchell. Was gutted when he left the show, but ha ha, my adolescent self had a major crush on the Trisha Yates character.
