QUEENS BIRTHDAY SHOW

I really enjoyed the show last night which was rather like a tattoo with guest singers/actors.
Alfie Boe was in fine voice and looked a real toff in his tux, Kylie Minogue was also very good plus Gary Barlow, Martin Clunes, Andre Bocelli, Damian Lewis and the excellent Jim Carter.
The horses were beautiful and I also enjoyed the South Australia Police Band and thee band from Oman. The song they sang was nice, I think everyone did the Queen proud.

I didn't watch it Karl, although I did see a clip on youtube of Shirley Bassey singing Diamonds are Forever. Fantastic as usual.

We were out sadly, turned the TV on when we got home and saw the magnificent Shirley Bassey looking so elegant and still singing so wonderfully

We watched it Karl and really enjoyed it. Great performances all round, from the artists who took part to the hundreds of horses involved. The speed at which some of those horses and riders performed their act was amazing. We thought the drumming band from Switzerland were brilliant.
The Queen and the rest of the royals seemed to be enjoying it and some of them even taking part in the show. Good entertainment !!
