Sandra wrote:A really nice choice of music again Robert.Especially Frank Sinatra 'The Way You Look Tonight' one of our favourites and to remember what a great voice Edward Woodward has. :D
Yes Edward Woodward did have a great voice and his appearances on the recently repeated Good Old Days was excellent. He had a voice comparable to Alexander Armstrong .

Don played some good songs on Sunday, including a nice Barbara Windsor song and a more laid back song from Frankie Vaughan :)

I Can't Help But Cry, But I Must Go On" :(

Robert do me a favour and get a new word other than Matchless, how about incomparable - just for a change! :) I always feel he's run out of matches LOL

Karl, I always write the words in "exclamation marks" that Don speaks before he play's his Matt song ...........most times he says matchless or marvellous or sometimes nothing ..............so you will just have to keep buying a supply of matches

Or you could use your own superlatives instead of copying Don's as it sounds like his are rather limited !

After Dons third song he said "wasn't she wonderful" after playing Dusty singing Yesterday When I Was Young .........she really had a wonderful voice Karl :) .............Don played Matts I'll Take Romance too, but didn't say anything about Matt before he played the song
