Had a good time this afternoon listening to some old 78's I haven't heard for years, my hi-fi doesn't play 78's so I bought a nice little 3 speed player recently in HMV half price. It's a nice player in light wood and blends in beautifully with the furniture in that room.
So the repertoire was Pat Boone, Russ Conway, Jane Morgan, Dorothy Squires. Jimmy Shand, Ron Goodwin, Big Ben Banjo Band, Connie Francis, Doris Day & Johnny Ray, Malcolm Vaughan & Faron Young. Didn't get round to Johnny Mathis yet.

Yes, great albums Maureen and Harry, although not keen on Spanish Eyes or Release Me.

Too Low for Zero - Elton John. Decided to play "I'm Still Standing" because today marks the first year that I'm whooping the big "C's butt and am continuing to do so!
