Staying with Des, my favourite song is One Two Three O'Leary :)

:? :?: Lena and Harry -- Didn't you already submit Makin Whoopee for Dinah Washington? Marian is only allowing one favourite song by an artist. Or did you mean to include it on the other thread? I can't stand Makin' Whoopee by anyone, so perhaps you agree.

Four Freshman - Angel Eyes (absolutely amazing vocal harmonies) :)

Well spotted Paul-yes I did say each artist to be used once only--
but I guess there may be the odd occasion when people have fogotten who they listed previously--I wish i had thought of your idea of doing it alphabetically, instead of jumping about and listing names as i think of them.

However, I know I have not used this one, nor do I believe has anyone else-in fact she is rarely mentioned on here--

BLONDIE ... SUNDAY GIRL [especially the French version, which I have as a 12" single ]

Will you accept corrections, Marian? Even though I love my Fifth Dimension song, it is primarily a showcase for Marilyn McCoo, and I think I'd prefer to list one that includes the full group.

I listened to your Fifth Dimension song (Living Together, Growing Together) five times on Wednesday. I forgot how great it was. Wasn't it from a musical or movie? I think it's one of the most underrated Bacharach/David songs.

Hi Paul--yes of couse I will accept corrections--I think I have listed some, that now I think about it should be something else.

I do not knoW if "Living together, growing together" is from a film or musical--but I know that I do not hear it much on radio--if at all-plus it is not recorded as often as some others eg Alfie !!

Thanks Marian, I think I should have listed this song written by Roger Atkins and Neil Sedaka.
