I have never heard of Footsteps In The Fog or The Night has Eyes.
I'm really intrigued to see these films now.

I have also set it to record-it is actually on right now. But while I was on the site, I spotted a few more Golden Oldies---"The Bells of St Marys" Friday at 11.00 [am]--plus "A kid for two farthings" both on Film 4--plus on TCM on Saturday is "The Barkleys of Broadway" with Fred and Ginger.

I must check out those channels again--I prefer seeing the older films to many of the new films.

Me too, Marian!
Film 4 is quite good during the daytime as it tends to show older movies then.
Glad you've discovered these stations.

I watched it yesterday and enjoyed it all over again. It's good to see such a distinguished cast too, although some of the sets and acting appear dated at times.
Our own Born Free connection too, with a young Bill Travers in quite an important role. :D

Hi Marian

Just finished watching Footsteps In The Fog...we really, really enjoyed it.
Thanks a mill for the recommendation.

I loved the sets, the house was very creepy, and I did think it was really well played.

Thanks again.

Does anyone remember "12 Angry Men"---another one of George's favourites, that we often saw--based on a book, by a well known author, whose name escapes me just now, but quie a gripping film.
