Marian

Fabulous story that, I bet you didn't realise you were bilingual.
I can see quite clearly you are fluent in English and Football. ;)

Hilary, looking forward to seeing you on this forum on Saturday night at 5pm when you can have a good old moan about Oxford's results. :)

Hi Marian--I'm here

Just trying to catch up on a million things, as usual--dogs are barking for their walk--I'm expecting the chiropodist soon---my spare room is upside down, because I am halfway through sorting it out--a pile of washing and ironing to be done--I need to mend my patchwork throw, because Chloe has chewed a hole right in the middle of it-- and I am longing for a cuppa!!

"Elevenses" has become "half past twelveses" today !!!

Have Lena and Harry gone on holiday, does anyone know? They don't appear to have been around for a few days, or maybe I've just missed their posts.

Hi Marian, thank you very much for asking about us on the forum, how we wish it had been a holiday, our few days from the forum haven't been a holiday, in fact more like we've been to hell and back  Computer problems :x :x
We won't bore you with the frustrating saga of trips backwards and forwards to the shop and their dopey staff :? phone calls and being told how important our call was and left waiting in the queue. etc etc, :!: :!: but the final result has been complete new equipment. :)

Hi Lena and Harry---I know just how frustrating that must have been for you---I have been through it myself!! I was totally lost when mine was out of action. Hope you have lots of fun with your new computer--once you have got the hang of it

Hi Marian, now it's one thing if your Television breaks down  but I never thought that It would take a computer to keep Harry out of bed into the early hours trying to resolve the problem, and to explain to one or two friends and members of our family who are non users of a PC that it's like an amputation when it goes wrong, we have got them more than worried.
So they feel happier and so do we with the new equipment, up to now anyway.

WHERE ARE YOU

Post by Angela51 » Tue Nov 14, 2006 1:18 am

Hello again everyone.... I am still here rather late again I'm afraid.

Like everyone else, catching up on all the jobs, prior to Xmas, and of

course up-dating "things" on here. Whilst doing so, I have been listening

to my latest CD...The Rare Monro, keeps me going !

Angela xx :)

Hi Folks, we're back from our 3 day cruise to the Med. Hate to say this but the weather was absolutely superb, really didn't expect hot weather at this time of the year. Landed at Heathrow this morning, :( :( :( dull and dreary! Ah.,well, back up the M4 on Monday to Hayes. Look forward to meeting some of you there. :D :D
