my all time favourite tune of matts is BEYOND THE HILL. written by don black its a great example of wonderful songwriting , orchestration, and superbly sung by matt. BRILLIANT!!.

anyone near billingham tommorrow (23rd) i shall be appearing at the forum theatre as part of the legends of vegas show, i shall be doing three matt monro numbers.

Yes I agree, Mark, I think it has only been issued once on cd, the MATT MONRO SINGS DON BLACK cd. There are some great songs on this one. 8)

We agree Mark, " Beyond The Hill " is such a great number with super orchestration,
Have a great time in Billingham Mark, home of the ICI, we would love to have been there. but we've sampled that part of the globe once too often at this time of the year, generally below freezing, :roll: We'll just be content to stay in congested, choked up smokey old London.
