I have made a discovery today. I have just obtained a Scott Walker cd, i noticed it had quite a few tracks on it also sung by Matt, including This Way Mary and The Me I Never Knew. Anyhow I was listening to the cd today and this song was playing and I suddenly thought to myself I know this song. what is it? So I listened again and it was Si Te Amo, sung in english. I have always loved this song, from Un Toque De Distincion album and always thought there must be an english lyric to it, because it says next to it in brackets Do I Love You. I always thought it was strange there was never an english version by Matt, or was there? This is my favourite track of Matt's in spanish, alongside the superb spanish version of Portrait.
Maybe some of you already knew this bit of information but I thought it was worth a mention anyway.

The name of the cd is SCOTT WALKER-CLASSICS AND COLLECTIBLES and it is on the Mercury label no. 982 847 3. Many of the songs have never been issued on cd before, I can't say I like all the tracks on the cd, some are a bit mournful, but I like the covers of Matt's songs, especially This Way Mary, I think you will like Do I Love You, though. It is a 2cd set, by the way and I ordered it from Amazon.co.uk and it was £8.99 plus postage.

Sorry I have just relaised my deliberate mistake. I thought dad was singing on this CD, I now realise that you mean Scott is singing some of the tracks that dad has recorded.

Had a frontal lobotomy last week and it is playing havoc on my brian cell!

Sorry Michele for confusing and getting your hopes up, I heard it for the first time the other day and thought it was worth a mention to see if anyone else knew the track, it is a shame your dad never recorded it in english because i love the spanish version
