I watched Children In Need from around 8:30 pm until 1:45 am. I was very tired as I didn't sleep at all on the Thursday night flight over to London and spent the entire Friday in several HMVs and Virgin Megastores. So I was fighting to urge to fall asleep. But I couldn't turn it off! I just had to see all my favourite artists.

I really enjoyed the performances by Lemar, Jamiroquai, Amy Winehouse, David Cassidy, The Magic Numbers, and the scenes from The Sound Of Music and Daddy Cool. I missed the Guys And Dolls scene because I had switched over to Jools Holland to see The Magic Numbers, Razorlight, and the Gotan Project.

I enjoyed Terry Wogan as host (especially when he almost fell down the steps). He was so gracious with all the artists. I also liked Chris Moyles' role; he seems like a genuinely nice person to me. I'm upset that I missed Deacon Blue, who I believe were on after 1:45 am. Did anyone else see them?

Yes I saw them Paul, they were on about 2.15 am, the final act I believe. Not too sure, as I wasn't really taking much notice but I think they sang "Real Gone Kid".

Hi Paul-I did not see the programme but it must have been Jordan [aka Katie Price] you were talking about--his wife since they met on "I'm a celebrity etc etc etc" and they now have a baby!!

More of them on the "I'm a celebrity" thread--in "The Lounge" I believe.

I forgot to ask all of you: Who was that woman hanging all over Peter Andre at Children In Need? I believe they have a single out this week. They seem terribly mismatched.

And, I'm very pleased that Emma Bunton could only reach number 3 with her poor version of Downtown. Petula Clark reached number 2 and she deserves to have the larger hit! No one should ever remake this classic song.

I knew this forum was special but I didn't know it could predict the future.

Marian answered my question about Peter Andre and Jordan before I even asked the question. And it happened to Mike's question too. Perhaps the members of the 1300 club get especially quick postings!

It is to do with the clocks---and our clocks going back an hour--I think.

I cannot think of any other reason why this is happening!!

Does anyone else have any other ideas???
