More/I Close My Eyes And Count To 10/A Place In Paris

Hi Michele

In the M & S CD, why are the songs More & I Close My Eyes & Count To 10 copyrighted 1995? I am sure with a bit of research, EMI can discover that I Close My Eyes & Count To 10 is from the 1975 album The Long & Winding Road. Not sure about the song More. Michele, was that ever on an album? Which year did your dad record it? It sounds absolutely wonderful and it captures the essence of why Matt Monro is the best male vocalist ever.

Wasn't this recorded for the 1972 Michel Legrand album in which Dusty Springfield aslo sang Sea And Sky? Date should not be "unknown".

The original release of the duet album 'Matt Sings Monro' which included 'More' and 'I Close my Eyes...' was in 1995.

Perhaps EMI just took that year without checking up when the songs where originally recorded by Matt? :?
