What did you think of it, Gray?
Marian, some of the Armchair Thrillers are quite good, but there are a couple of them we couldn't quite get into. It would be better as well if they had cut out all the breaks. Saying that, can't complain at fifteeen pounds, can we? :)

Very true John. At least there are no ads! and the breaks after each episode make it easier to stop watching at a certain point and come back later. Apparently there are some other missing episodes too.

Oh, I enjoyed it, John. :)
There's something about these films that strike a chord with me, I don't know if it's the 'British-ness', or nostalgia, or both, but they're are like a mug of tea on a wet and windy day, just very comforting! :)

Hope this makes sense!

Apart from the odd film here and there, and Little House On The Prairie, we are ploughing our way through Dynasty at the moment, my favourite programme in the eighties.

Ah those were the days, John.
"Dysentery" - all shoulder pads and big hair.
And that was just the men!

The men didn't want to be outdone by the ladies, Gray, it was to compare with the Sixties and the beehive hair style and the flapper and mini dresses.
Thank god when we said goodbye to all that :) :) :D
