Every year I listen to the Ray Conniff Christmas albums. It takes me back to Christmases in the 1960s. He always wrote great arrangements ... filled with interesting layers of voices---especially how the melody is often the softest part for the singers. My two favourites are Frosty The Snowman and O Little Town Of Bethelem, but also great are God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen, The Real Meaning Of Christmas, Here Comes Santa Claus, The Christmas Song, White Christmas, O Holy Night, The Twelve Days Of Christmas, and Let It Snow/Count Your Blessings.
